"I am 31 years old, and was at my heaviest after I had my son in 2010. I weighed about 295 post delivery. I'm now at about 217---still a ways to go, but getting there! I am 5'8".Source
I am a certified Zumba instructor and I workout about 1 to 2 hours everyday. My blood pressure is down to 100/60 and my resting heart rate is 60 bpm. YAY!! I still have a ways to go, but it feels good!!!"

"Before: 4/24/2011 337 lbs; After: 4/30/2012 179 lbsSource
Currently sitting at about 183 after dropping 154 lbs. I think I want to drop 3 more then add 10-15 followed by a small cut. Hopefully end up at about 190 w/ 9% body fat."

"So I've been promising this to my friends on my feed, and since today after my run I finally saw my goal weight of 190lbs on the scale, I decided it was time to post some before and after photos!Source
When I first started I was incredibly out of shape. 360 pounds, with no exercise and what felt at most times as no hope of ever improving. The one day I started walking. First two miles a day, then I started watching my calorie count with MFP. I consistently increased my exercise as my body adapted. To the point that I now strength train three times a week, run about 14 miles per week, and use the exercise bike at the gym for an hour a week."

"So I’ve been at this “changing my lifestyle” thing for almost 7 months now (since October 12, 2011). I’m down 118 pounds (from 389.9lbs to 272 lbs) in that time. I’ve gone from not really fitting into a 4x (size 32 to 34) shirt to ALMOST fitting into a size 2x (size 20). The shirt was tights but I think I look a little better than I did seven months ago. I’ve put a lot of work into the past 7 months and I’m proud of myself!"Source

"I've lost over four stone since last October and have actually gone below my goal weight of 180lb (I'm 173lb at the moment). However I'm wanting to lose fat to bring out the abs/increase definition but at the same time I don't really want to lose much more weight. At 5' 10" and 173lb I already think I'm too light - most fitness models of my height seem to be around the 13st+ mark with fully defined abs/low bodyfat."Source

"The first 100lbs actually came off pretty easily.Source
Scratch that, the first 25lbs took forever! I wasn't really "all in" and my results suffered.
Since November 1st 2011 I have been following the diet set forth in the book "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn Jr. This new lifestyle has made weight loss exceptionally easy. I know, that eventually the weight loss will taper off and I will have to deal with plateaus and struggles, but I look forward to those challenges.
I am an oil, dairy and egg free vegetarian. It works wonders for me and my health. I plan on getting below 250lbs sometime this year, and when I do, I'll post some pics!"
