myboysmomx2: Getting Healthier and Looking Younger

"I am 5'11" with an hourglass figure and a small frame (my wrists are tiny and I only wear an 8-8.5 shoe). My progress so far is 42 pounds lost. I started a year ago and was about to go up to a Size 18 which was a turning point for me. I never went up to an 18. I now wear Size 10's and medium to small shirts. I've still got a little ways to go and I'm sticking with this new lifestyle forever. I can tell you that it's well worth the effort you put into counting your calories and exercising. I used to hate exercising, but now I love it. =) YOU CAN DO IT TOO!"

Dan: Making It a Habit

"I'm feeling the the best I've felt in years and I'm feeling better than I've ever felt in my 20's and 30's.

Starting Weight Jan 2010 = 277 (first reached Aug. 27, 2010)
Back up to 203 (but not for long)

If I can do it anyone can do it. Just make it into a habit and then you don't even have to think about it."

Cindy:112 Lbs Lost, New Life Found

Cindy is a 45 years old mom who started her weight loss journey on January 2011 at 277 pounds. A year later... look at her amazing results. :)

"I turned 45 yesterday and I feel I can now say I am at goal weight. I lost 112 pounds in exactly one year on MFP. No surgery, no special programs, just healthy diet and exercise. I have struggled the last 4 1/2 months to lose another 10 pounds but it's not budging and after talking with 3 of my doctors I have determined that I am at goal. Sure I am not where I thought my ideal weight would be when I started but I'm certainly in a smaller size of clothes, I can see muscle tone, I am fit, I can out run my kids. I'm going to slowly move on into maintenance and enjoy where I am. If those last 10 come off in time, then fine, if not, I'm really in a good spot."
