myboysmomx2: Getting Healthier and Looking Younger

"I am 5'11" with an hourglass figure and a small frame (my wrists are tiny and I only wear an 8-8.5 shoe). My progress so far is 42 pounds lost. I started a year ago and was about to go up to a Size 18 which was a turning point for me. I never went up to an 18. I now wear Size 10's and medium to small shirts. I've still got a little ways to go and I'm sticking with this new lifestyle forever. I can tell you that it's well worth the effort you put into counting your calories and exercising. I used to hate exercising, but now I love it. =) YOU CAN DO IT TOO!"

Daniel: From 230 to 173 Lbs

"I've lost over four stone since last October and have actually gone below my goal weight of 180lb (I'm 173lb at the moment). However I'm wanting to lose fat to bring out the abs/increase definition but at the same time I don't really want to lose much more weight. At 5' 10" and 173lb I already think I'm too light - most fitness models of my height seem to be around the 13st+ mark with fully defined abs/low bodyfat."

Matt: 101lbs Down, 99lbs to Go!

"The first 100lbs actually came off pretty easily.

Scratch that, the first 25lbs took forever! I wasn't really "all in" and my results suffered.

Since November 1st 2011 I have been following the diet set forth in the book "Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" by Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn Jr. This new lifestyle has made weight loss exceptionally easy. I know, that eventually the weight loss will taper off and I will have to deal with plateaus and struggles, but I look forward to those challenges.

I am an oil, dairy and egg free vegetarian. It works wonders for me and my health. I plan on getting below 250lbs sometime this year, and when I do, I'll post some pics!"

Dan: Making It a Habit

"I'm feeling the the best I've felt in years and I'm feeling better than I've ever felt in my 20's and 30's.

Starting Weight Jan 2010 = 277 (first reached Aug. 27, 2010)
Back up to 203 (but not for long)

If I can do it anyone can do it. Just make it into a habit and then you don't even have to think about it."

(Note: Click picture to enlarge.)

"Well hello fellow losers (of fat that is ;) ) My name is Nancy, im 25yrs old and have a 7 year old son. I was a pretty average child/teen when it came to weight never really gained or lost but was at a comfortable athletic weight for most of my life being at 5'6 and 135lbs-140lbs. The pregnancy of my son was the beginning of my major weight gain blowing up to 200lbs+ and like other people in relationships and motherhood I put myself on the back burner and only got bigger. I just moved to New york City in July of 2011 and on my going away party I topped out at 266lbs!! I was so embarressed that I let myself go that far.So have been on the long but Oh so worth it weight loss journey since! Started with a Hcg diet round and lost about 30lbs and now just sticking to the basics (diet and exercise). Not really worried about being rail thin or anything as I enjoy my curves but just want to be Comfortable again. So here I go :)"
