"In February of 2005, I tipped the scales at over 270 pounds.
I began a life-changing diet and exercise program and in just 2 and 1/2 years I had dropped roughly 130 pounds. But I still have not reached my ideal weight.
My goal is to get down to 130 pounds and I've been stuck between 140 and 145 for over a year now."
