"I started this journey at 154. With hard work, a steady diet, and gym nearly 5-6 days a week. All of this in THREE MONTHS!
Most questions. No I don't always eat back ALL my calories. My diet is actually quite poor and I have to make up with vitamins like Ultra Women. But I eat lots of granola, chicken and yogurt. Cut back on my carbs/noodles."
