"6 months gone and 60 lbs lost. I avoid looking at old pictures of myself so that I can focus on the future, but spending time picking a picture for this before and after made me really emotional. I do a ton of cardio (jogging/running/walking/stairmaster/elliptical) but weight training is super important as well and thats something I am working on myself. I dont enjoy it as much as I do cardio but I’m learning new ways to enjoy it and its so important to gain lean muscle (muscles burns more than fat) because this is what will ultimately make you look and feel goooooood..."
