"A lot of people are asking me what my secret has been to weight loss... no secret! I use MFP (and yes i eat my exercise calories!). When I have hit plateaus i found that I needed to up my calories as I've got closer to my goal (currently set to .5lb/week). I started this journey with only walking for exercise. I now enjoy Jillian dvds and running (C25K graduate!). I have many days where I indulge in treats, this journey is not to deprive myself. :) Hope that helps!"Source
