"I'm feeling the the best I've felt in years and I'm feeling better than I've ever felt in my 20's and 30's.

Starting Weight Jan 2010 = 277 (first reached Aug. 27, 2010)
Back up to 203 (but not for long)

If I can do it anyone can do it. Just make it into a habit and then you don't even have to think about it."
