I do a ton of cardio (jogging/running/walking/stairmaster/elliptical) but weight training is super important as well and thats something I am working on myself. I dont enjoy it as much as I do cardio but I’m learning new ways to enjoy it and its so important to gain lean muscle (muscles burns more than fat) because this is what will ultimately make you look and feel goooooood..."
