Emily: Eat Right

I used to hate exercise and view it as some type of punishment, which made switching into my healthy lifestyle challenging. Once I found exercise options I enjoyed everything changed. I go to the gym between 4-6 times a week and vary my activities. I love taking Zumba, XBike, and Bootcamp classes. If I am not joining in a class I typically just try and do my own thing. Usually I spend 30 mins on a treadmill at 3.0 followed by 20 mins on whichever machine I fancy that day and then some strength training.
